The MANIX FLS brings Drake’s proven loading expertise together with RapidVisionPak’s horizontal form-fill-seal packaging technology in a compact, scalable system for automated hot dog production. Centralized controls coordinate conveyor speeds, product flow, load balancing and selected recipe adjustments, helping maintain consistent throughput with less manual intervention.

Paired with RapidVisionPak’s VP-125 HFFS packaging machine, the MANIX FLS creates a coordinated path from product handling and robotic loading through package formation. The collaboration combines Drake’s experience in sanitary robotic loading with RapidVisionPak’s long-established thermoforming and HFFS capabilities.

Automation Beyond the Robot

The MANIX FLS coordinates product movement throughout the loading process rather than treating each conveyor as a separate piece of equipment. Centralized controls manage belt speeds, product flow and load balancing, while selected mechanical settings adjust automatically when recipes change. The result is a more responsive system that requires less manual tuning during production.

The MANIX FLS delivers high-speed robotic loading in a compact, sanitation-focused configuration. Low-profile sections improve access to the product path, while reduced and spray-through guarding helps eliminate cleaning obstacles. Integrated CIP spray nozzles further support thorough sanitation between production runs. Its scalable design allows processors to match the system to available space and production requirements without sacrificing the performance of a high-capacity delta robot.
