The Definitive Food Loader

The DrakeLoader LS-600-R is an upgraded launcher-style equipment to give you more options for packaging, more sanitary conditions, and greatly reduce labor costs. The FANUC integrated robot is designed to pick and place your products at 600 pieces per minute (per robot.) By removing the need for human hands, sanitation and peace of mind are greatly increased. Food belts can be easily removed for cleaning, and all areas of this loader containing moving parts are enclosed for sanitation and safety purposes.

Applications

The high-speed end of arm tooling (EOAT) robot has a 3kg payload. With high-quality surfaces and food-grade lubrication of the robot, the EOAT is ideal to handle soft product such as natural casing and CoEx. This robot is specifically designed to be able to handle delicate products and load them into either bulk and/or retail packages with effortless change between packaging sizes.

Food Safety

The LS-600R is designed with versatility in mind to meet all the customer’s needs. This loader can handle products up to 8 inches long (200mm). Furthermore, this loader is equipped with touch screen controls, making size and recipe alterations simple and efficient. In addition, this loader is engineered using 304L stainless steel, making this machine as durable as they come and able to withstand years of use, industrial cleaning methods, and wear and tear. This was designed with the customer in mind, enabling the machine to have the longest run-life as possible.
