The DrakeLoader CS-1800 is a workhorse that moves cylindrical food products like frankfurters, sausages, snack sticks, pickles, cheese sticks, & more at 1,800+ pieces per minute. Our engineers work with your floor space, product specs, & packager to enable flexible or rigid film, can, tray, box, or jar loading. Versatile modular heads offer quick changeover time for different packaging applications. Made in the USA from 89.3% recycled steel, it’s a long-lasting model that can withstand wash down environments for decades to come.

Food Safety

The CS-1800 is able to load products that are cooked or chilled & can handle skinless or skin-on products. This reliable machine processes products from 12mm to 32mm in diameter & from 76mm (3 inches) to 300mm (12 inches) in length at speeds up to 1,800 pieces per minute.

Integrations

All Drake autoloaders feature easy-to-operate Rockwell touch screen controls, allowing for the quick addition of new recipes and rapid adjustments to various areas of the loader.
