Integrated skewer, batter & fry loading for corn dogs.

This collator-style loader pairs with equipment from Automated Food Systems (AFS) to automate the critical transition from peeled sausage to meat-on-a-stick. Built around Drake’s proven loading technology, it sorts and aligns cooked sausages onto a continuously moving, flighted conveyor for seamless skewering, battering, and frying.

Designed for high-volume production, it aligns up to 26 sausages per index and processes ~16,000 pieces per hour. This fully automated system reduces manual handling, improves consistency, and supports long-term reliability in demanding food processing environments.

STIX M8: Pairs with Automated Food Systems (AFS)
