An Integrated System to Batter, Fry, Load.

The DrakeLoader Corn Dog CS-900 pairs with equipment from Advanced Food Systems (AFS) to automatically feed cooked and peeled sausages onto a continuously moving, flighted conveyor belt that turns your meat into meat-on-a-stick. This unique, stainless steel unit aligns up to 26 hot dogs per index, processing an amazing 16,000 pieces per hour.

Applications

This revolutionary food processing machine exceeds standards of speed, uniformity, and sanitation. The whole process begins with Advanced Food Systems (AFS) which pours the corn dog batter into molds then sends them to the frying line. This fully automated, advanced piece of machinery distributes cooked and peeled sausages onto a flighted conveyor belt. The corn dogs are then sent to the next portion of the machine to be skewed. Following, the corn dogs are slid down a sanitary, 89.3% recycled stainless steel shute and onto a conveyor belt which distributes them.

Our Drake engineers have specifically designed our stainless steel chutes and all Drake’s steel loaders to exceed durability standards, especially when compared to these individual part’s plastic competitors. Our rugged, long-lasting machine was designed to withstand industrial sanitation washdowns for decades, increasing your return on investment and helping you reduce labor costs. The hardworking CS-900 can be supplemented with an elevating supply conveyor (ESC) which will work to feed corn dogs into loader.
