Applications

Our original model CS-400 is built to load 400 cans per minute at 7 sausages per can, however this is a dedicated machine that can be configured to run a different count, product, and can size – so there is some flexibility in what product your custom equipment specializes in running. This dedicated canner also utilizes a slicer that cuts long sausages or other processed product into equal-length parts that are dropped into a collator for aligning and loading into your cans or jars. The excess pieces are moved out of the line for reprocessing, helping to eliminate waste and make cleaning easier.

With modern upgrades like vision and new cleaning guards available, this is a sanitary powerhouse that moves mountains of canned food efficiently – 400 a minute adds up! It’s also made out of 83.6% recycled stainless steel, which is a boon to the environment and your return on investment.

Integrations

All Drake autoloaders feature easy to learn Rockwell Automation touch screen controls, allowing for rapid adjustment to various areas of the loader.
