The Advanced Sanitation Centrifugal Loader

The CF-600R loader is designed to do more than your typical cylindrical foods like hot dogs, sausages, cheese sticks, snack sticks, and pickles. With a centrifugal feeding bowl that aligns products and an automated, robotic arm for pick-and-place, the CF-600R can load more types of products than ever in the most sanitary of conditions. Products are slid down belting that disperses them into the centrifugal bowl, which spins and launches individual pieces into a channel that moves them towards the robotic end-of-arm-tool for indexing and placing.

Applications

This modern unit can be customized to have either one or two centrifugal feeders and utilize either single or dual-lane output. Also, the robot can easily conform to different packaging sizes, whether bulk or retail size. Food Safety

Our centrifugal bowl is the height of both sustainability and sanitation: the steel centrifugal bowl is more sanitary than plastic alternatives, lasts longer, and the entire line is made from 89.3% recycled stainless steel. This means faster industrial wash down and longer return on investment.

Integrations

This robotic unit is operated by a single Rockwell integrated HMI to provide steady, reliable control that is easy-to-learn, long-lasting and fully supported worldwide. The reliable robotic unit is a FANUC integration, which is also has worldwide technical support. Our patented robotic loading head features high speed end of arm tooling capable of carrying a 3kg payload. With high-quality materials, our food grade robotics tool is ideal to handle soft product or even differently shaped or curved products like patties or cookies. This machine is fast and efficient, conforming to a 98% fill rate, passing 600 pieces per minute per robot.
